Give a try to virgin coconut oil
THE A(H1N1) flu has been worrying everyone around the world including us in Malaysia. We need to learn how not to spread this or any other disease by practising good hygiene, self-control and discipline.
I would like to share an experience with those having flu-like symptoms. Recently, I read on the Internet that VCO (virgin coconut oil) is capable of killing fungus, bacteria as well as virus. I would suggest to those having flu-like symptoms to try this out.
A couple of weeks ago, I experienced some itchiness in my throat and some snuffles in my nose. Usually, such symptoms will end up with me having a sore throat and uncontrollable cough.
After reading the article on the Internet, I bought a bottle of VCO and took two tablespoons after all meals. I took time to slowly swallow it. I also took it before I went to bed and after my breakfast. The result was most surprising. My sore throat disappeared and my nose cleared up after two days.
